Our story: How Dinnissen became a world leader in process technology.
Our solutions
Thanks to 75 years of experience as a system integrator of production processes, Dinnissen is a specialist in the process technology of powders, grains, and granulates. From innovative machines and systems, to complete process lines. Dinnissen creates an innovative tailor-made solution for every challenge. Below, you can see a selection of our solutions.

Pegasus® Vacuum Coater
Through the Pegasus® Vacuum Coater, your product contains all the fats and oils it needs without the outside feeling sticky or greasy. The adjustable vacuum allows liquids to penetrate deep into your product. An active zone of product mixing is created between the two paddle shafts. Oils and water-based substances are sprayed over the pellets and because of the mixing in the active zone, each pellet receives the same amount of liquid. After this, the vacuum ensures that all substances are absorbed by the grains. This then allows a top coating to be added to the product.
- A dry and manageable product that contains all the necessary fluids
- Liquids and powders can be added to your product in large quantities
- Due to the vacuum, added liquids infiltrate into the core of the grain

Pegasus® mixers
Years of experience and innovation have enabled Dinnissen to establish a strong line of Pegasus® Mixers. Our in-house developed, perfected, and proven mixing techniques form the basis of all these different mixers. This basis is further expanded with process steps that can be combined with mixing. We think along with our customers and ensure that our machines contribute to an optimal production process, whatever the question may be. Within one production process and one mixer, several process steps can be combined.
- Proven Dinnissen technology
- Mixers that can do more than just mix
- Innovation and development to meet customer demands

Bag-in-box system
Dinnissen's bag-in-box solution adds one final process step to the production process of powders, granules, or granulates. Bags and Big-Bags (FIBC) have already been automatically filled and sealed, but can now also be packed in boxes, as compactly as possible. The bag-in-box solution vibrates sealed bags flat, and transports them via a conveyor belt to a funnel, after which the bags are automatically placed in boxes. If desired, the boxes are then labeled fully automatically. With the bag-in-box solution, producers can compactly pack up to 60 bags per hour into boxes.

High-Care Big Bag Filling System
In industries where very precise conditions are required, the High-Care Big Bag Filling System is the solution. With high-quality technology developed by Dinnissen, the Big Bags are filled hygienically in ultra-clean cleanrooms. Dirt-sensitive pallets are kept outside these cleanrooms. During the filling process, the Big Bags are transported through a special guide system, minimizing their contact with any kind of contamination.
- Highest food safety guaranteed
- Big Bags are filled quickly and ergonomically thanks to the large capacity
- The Big Bags are pre-shaped, ensuring that every corner is filled perfectly

Multisize sample carousel
The Multisize Sample Carousel is the first solution that makes it possible to collect different sample sizes in one automated sampling process. This way, samples for various purposes (starter sample, chemical sample, bacteriological sample, hourly sample, and batch sample) can be automatically collected in series, containing the exact amount of product per sample. Producers can determine the size of the sample and how many of these samples should be taken. In addition to the frequency, the order can also be set in advance. This way, the Multisize Sample Carousel provides different series of samples, of various sizes, without operator intervention needed.
- More output per hour and fewer operators needed
- Less error-prone and less product waste
- Automatic sampling of various sample sizes
